Customer stories built on evidence, not invented success

This page is designed to show how real teams use Truvoca, what changed in their workflow, and which outcomes were measured. Until named customers approve publication, it should remain a transparent preview rather than a collection of anonymous or synthetic case studies.

What every Truvoca customer story will include

A useful case study explains the starting process, implementation scope, system connections, exception handling, and measurement method. It separates observed results from customer estimates and avoids attributing every business change to the AI agent.

  • Customer name and approved business description
  • Workflow before Truvoca
  • Channels, systems, and actions in scope
  • Launch boundaries and human handoff
  • Baseline, measurement period, and verified outcomes

Our current reference workflow

Truvoca has a tested outbound clinic workflow for appointment confirmation, with telephone delivery in setup. The agent receives the approved appointment context, conducts the confirmation conversation, classifies the response, and sends the outcome into the connected process. No customer identity, volume, or performance result should be published without permission and supporting records.

  • Appointment-triggered outbound call
  • Approved questions and response paths
  • Confirmation outcome
  • Exception or unclear-response route
  • Connected record or follow-up action

Results we will measure

Different workflows require different measures. Confirmation calls may focus on completed contacts and usable outcomes. Inbound workflows may focus on captured requests, successful routing, or completed bookings. Every metric needs a clear definition, denominator, date range, and source.

  • Attempted, connected, and completed conversations
  • Automation completion and human-handoff rates
  • Verified system write-backs
  • Exception and failure categories
  • Operational or customer outcome agreed with the customer

Evidence before marketing

A positive anecdote is not enough for a performance claim. Truvoca customer stories should use attributable data, a reproducible method, and customer approval. Claims about revenue, cost savings, no-shows, speed, or satisfaction remain out of copy until the evidence supports the exact wording.

  • Source system or approved report
  • Documented baseline
  • Comparable measurement window
  • Known limitations and outside factors
  • Written approval for name, quote, logo, and result

The next stories we plan to document

As deployments mature, this page can expand to inbound reception, lead follow-up, appointment workflows, home services, beauty and wellness, hospitality, and other verticals. Each story must remain specific enough to help a buyer understand the process rather than functioning as generic social proof.

  • The problem and operating context
  • Why the first workflow was selected
  • What was connected and tested
  • What remained with people
  • What changed during the measured period

FAQ

FAQ

Why are there no customer logos yet?

A logo, name, quote, or result should appear only with explicit customer permission. This draft preserves the page structure without inventing proof.

Does Truvoca have a live workflow?

Yes. The current reference use case is outbound appointment-confirmation calling for a clinic. Customer identity and performance figures remain private until approved for publication.

Will customer stories include measured results?

Yes, when the metric definition, baseline, time period, source, and customer approval are documented. Unsupported estimates should not be presented as outcomes.

Can we speak with a reference customer?

Reference conversations require the customer's separate permission and scheduling. Do not promise availability until a specific reference program exists.

Can our implementation become a case study?

Potentially. The scope, evidence, confidentiality, name and logo use, quotes, and publication timing would need separate written approval.

Should this page be indexed now?

Not yet. Keep it out of the XML sitemap and search index until at least one attributable, approved customer story is ready.
