See Truvoca handle your phone workflow.
Tell us which calls you want to improve, which systems are involved, and what should happen after the conversation. We will use the discovery call to understand the process, prepare a relevant demonstration, and recommend a sensible first workflow.
This is not a generic product tour or an instant custom deployment. The value of the meeting comes from starting with a call your team can describe.

What we can show
Expect a workflow demonstration, not a rehearsed list of features.
The demonstration follows the call from approved context through the conversation to the recorded outcome and the next action. Where it fits your use case, the existing appointment-confirmation workflow provides the example.
A custom connector, inbound flow, live transfer, language, dashboard, recording, or transcript is shown only when that capability and the demonstration material have been verified for public or prospect use.
- The trigger and approved call context
- The conversation rules and boundaries
- The outcome that matters
- The connected next step or team route
- At least one exception or failure case
- Clear labels for Production, Configurable, and Requires validation
Use business context, not sensitive records
Know why we ask for information and how to limit what you share.
The details you give when booking are used to arrange the meeting, understand the proposed workflow, and prepare relevant follow-up. Booking is handled by Google Calendar and is subject to Google's own privacy terms.
Do not include patient information, customer records, credentials, payment data, or confidential files. Detailed technical or security materials can be exchanged later through an approved route.
FAQ
FAQ
What will you show in the demo?
We use the discovery information to prepare a workflow-focused demonstration. It can cover the trigger, conversation rules, outcome, connected next step, and exceptions. The live appointment-confirmation workflow is the current proof-led example when it fits your use case.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Bring the type of call, the current process, the systems involved, an approximate call-volume range, the desired next action, and the main exception cases. Do not send sensitive customer or patient records through the form.
Can Truvoca integrate with our system?
We assess the available API or access method, permissions, objects, fields, required actions, failure behavior, and support ownership during discovery. Compatibility is not guaranteed before that review.
Is the demo a free trial?
No. The meeting combines discovery with a demonstration prepared around the confirmed workflow. A pilot or proof of concept may be discussed separately after scope and requirements are understood.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on call volume, workflows, integrations, languages, implementation work, security needs, and support requirements. A commercial proposal follows discovery and scope confirmation.
Can we discuss security requirements?
Yes. Use the form to name the security or contractual topics and the reviewer involved, but do not submit confidential documentation or credentials. We will agree on an appropriate route for detailed follow-up.
