Lead follow-up calls that move an approved inquiry forward
When a person has made an inquiry, the next call should use that context and help them take one relevant step. Truvoca can follow an approved lead list, ask a limited set of questions, record the response, and route genuine interest without turning follow-up into uncontrolled cold outreach.

Why this workflow needs clear boundaries
Leads arrive from forms, calls, events, referrals, and partner channels with different expectations and permissions. A timestamp in a CRM is not enough. The workflow needs a source, purpose, consent and suppression rule, owner, and expiration logic for each audience.
How the workflow runs
- Receive an approved lead and its source context
- Apply eligibility, consent, timing, disclosure, and suppression rules
- Call with the approved purpose and questions
- Record interest, timing, fit, refusal, opt-out, no answer, or exception
- Create the verified sales or service next step
Rules and exceptions
- Do not expand an inquiry beyond the purpose the person reasonably expects
- Use current caller identity and AI/artificial-voice disclosure rules
- Stop and suppress when the person asks not to be called
- Do not promise availability, pricing, approval, or outcomes not in the source record
- Transfer or task a person only through a tested route
Systems and data
The agent may read lead source, submitted request, product or service interest, contact preference, owner, and relevant CRM fields. It may write a disposition, qualification notes, callback request, meeting request, or suppression result after field mapping and QA.
What to bring to a demo
Bring a sample lead source, the exact permission language, CRM record, approved questions, sales route, and several disqualifying or opt-out cases.
FAQ
FAQ
Can Truvoca call a lead immediately after a form submission?
The trigger can be configured, but timing does not replace permission. The form language, source, purpose, phone number, consent record, calling rules, and suppression checks must support the call.
Can we upload a purchased lead list?
Do not assume purchased or shared leads are eligible. Source, seller identity, consent, disclosure, do-not-call, state law, and contract terms require specific review before any AI call.
Can the agent qualify and book a meeting?
It may ask approved questions and request a next step. A completed booking requires verified availability, permitted fields, confirmation, and system write-back.
What happens when a lead asks a complex question?
The agent should answer only from approved material. It can create a callback task or use a tested handoff when the answer requires judgment or current commercial authority.
How are no-answer calls handled?
Retry timing, attempt limits, voicemail, expiration, and stop rules are implementation decisions. No universal cadence should be published without approval.
Does Truvoca guarantee more conversions?
No. The page should describe workflow completion and reviewable outcomes, not promise revenue, conversion rates, or speed without measured evidence.
