Customer reactivation calls with defined eligibility and outcomes
Customer reactivation should begin with an approved audience, a legitimate reason to contact them, and a clear next step. Truvoca can follow the campaign rules, capture interest or refusal, and record the outcome without treating every old contact as callable.

Why this workflow needs clear boundaries
A dormant-customer list is not automatically a permission list. Records may be stale, the relationship may have changed, and some people may have opted out. The workflow must combine business context with the customer's approved legal and operational rules before any AI call is placed.
How the workflow runs
- Build an eligible audience from current records and suppression rules
- Define caller identity, purpose, disclosure, offer, timing, and permitted answers
- Place calls only to approved recipients
- Record interested, not interested, wrong number, opt-out, no answer, and exception outcomes
- Create only the verified follow-up action
Rules and exceptions
- The customer and qualified counsel approve eligibility and consent logic
- Entity-specific and applicable do-not-call suppression is applied
- Opt-out requests stop future calls through a verified process
- The agent does not invent urgency, discounts, scarcity, or prior history
- Sensitive, disputed, or unexpected cases leave automation
Systems and data
The workflow may read the last relevant interaction, approved segment, contact preferences, and campaign context. It may write the call outcome, suppression request, callback task, or approved next step. Exact retention, recording, and CRM behavior require review.
What to bring to a demo
Bring the audience definition, reason for contact, approved offer, suppression process, CRM fields, and exception cases. We will scope the workflow without assuming that every record is eligible.
FAQ
FAQ
Can we call every former customer?
No universal rule makes every former customer eligible. The business and qualified counsel must determine the permitted audience using purpose, relationship, consent, contact preferences, do-not-call rules, and jurisdiction.
Does an existing business relationship allow AI calls?
Do not assume that it does. Artificial or prerecorded voice, telemarketing, consent, do-not-call, and state requirements can differ. Use a reviewed eligibility rule for the exact campaign.
How are opt-outs handled?
The call needs approved opt-out wording and a tested mechanism that updates the relevant suppression source before more calls are attempted.
Can the agent offer a discount?
Only a current, approved offer with exact terms may be used. The agent should not negotiate, create scarcity, or invent eligibility.
What outcomes should be recorded?
At minimum: interested, not interested, opt-out, wrong person or number, no answer, ambiguous response, and needs-human-review. Add only outcomes the team will act on.
Is this page legal advice?
No. It describes operational controls. Federal and state requirements and their applicability should be reviewed by qualified counsel for the specific campaign.
